Imphal, June 15: Kuki National Front (KNF) has strongly condemned killing of its four cadres allegedly by the personnel of 14 Assam Rifles in violation of the SOO agreement on June 12 at Gelnei village.

In a statement, information and publicity secretary of the outfit LH Stephen asserted that as per the SOO agreement both the parties should identify themselves and negotiate peaceful in case of unexpected encounter or meeting.

But the Assam Rifles personnel captured the four cadres and killed them in cold blood.

The Front has also expressed its condolence to the bereaved families.
