Imphal, January 15: Reiterating its appeal for immediate and safe release of Muheni Martin and Hrinni Hubert kidnapped for ransom, the Committee On The Two Missing Boys has also flayed the failure of the State Government to rescue the innocent kids.

Many social organisation from across the State have been fervently appealing for release of the kids.
