Imphal, December 08 2010:
Personnel of Thoubal district police commandos today arrested a division secretary of RPF from Heirok during a mopping up operation following a reliable lead, said a police source.
The arrested RPF cadre was identified as Laishram Ranjit (42) of Heirok Part-III.
A police torch was recovered from him.
Further interrogation was going on at the time of filing this report.
