Kom Rem Students' Union (KRSU), General Headquarters has deplored the State Government and specially the TD/Hill Minister for its alleged delay in implementation of developmental works in the hill areas.
It was in 2000 that Manipur Hill Areas Autonomous District Bill was passed by the State Assembly and it became an Act.
