Imphal, November 20:
National Congress Party (NCP), Manipur Pradesh has welcomed joining of Maulana Abdus Salam, ex-candidate from Mayang Imphal A/C along with his 4100 active workers to the party.
A simple reception function was held at State NCP office at Thangmeiband yesterday to welcome them.
