Imphal, December 27: The IVR from NH 39 to Lei Ingkhol has been closed in connection with construction of the Capitol Project.

The road has been diverted from NH 39 along the foot hill road via local cemetery (graveyard), informed a press release by Executive Engineer, PWD Imphal West Division.
