New Delhi, September 27: The North East Forum, Delhi is launching its quarterly journal entitledNorth East Quarterly on October 2 at 4 pm at the auditorium of the Deendayal Research Institute, Rani Jhansi Road here.

Lt Col (Retd) Bhuban Singh is the editor of the quarterly journal, which will highlight opinion and policy pieces made by leading commentators and intellectuals.

Amolak Rattan Kohli, former Governor of Mizoram will be the chief guest and Grp Capt (Retd) AC Barua, VSM, President of Assam Association Delhi will be the guest of honour at the launch event.
