Imphal, May 23: With the primary aim of teaching various skills to the womenfolk of the area, Commander of 6 Sector Brig PK Kayastha handed over a vocational training centre established and commissioned by 38 AR to the people of Tupul yesterday.

While addressing the gathering at the occasion, Brig Kayastha emphasised on the necessity of the youth to acquire new skills in additional to formal education so as to enable them to find meaningful employment.

He also assured the village elders that Assam Rifles would do whatever is required for the betterment of the people.
