RKL urges Ukhrul Forest Dept

Imphal, August 21: Referring to the appeal issued by Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong (TKS) on May 14 last to the Forest Department, Ukhrul to issue transport permit by charging nominal fees as per Government rules/guidelines when the Raphei Katamnao Long (RKL) has been campaigning against installation of forest beats/gates at various points of 'Raphei area', the RKL has urged upon the TKS to redress the issue at the earliest with sincerity.

In a press release, the RKL also condemned the act of TKS.
