4-day entrepreneur programme begins

Dimapur, February 18, 2010: A four-day entrepreneurship development programme organised by Manipur Science and Technology Council in association with Biotech Consortium India Limited under the sponsorship of Department of Biotechnology, government of India began here at Imphal Hotel.

Executive director of MASTEC Th Surendranath graced the inaugural function of the programme which was presided over by manager of the Biotech Consortium India Limited, Dr Manindra Roy.

Vice president of Sun Agro Biotech, Chennai, Dr J Kannaiyan also attended as guest of honour.

In his speech as chief guest of the function, Surendranath observed that even though such programmes were held three times in the north eastern region of the country, it was held for the first time in Manipur.
