Imphal, November 17:
A cycle lifter nabbed by IMC staff was handed over to City Police through the Manipuri Students� Federation (MSF), informed an MSF functionary.
The cycle lifter is identified as one Md Jesahithem s/o Md Munal of Hatta Golapati.
Jesaithem was caught red handed by some staff members of IMC when he was trying to break open the lock of a bicycle kept inside IMC complex.
The cycle lifter was then handed over to MSF before passing on to City Police.
