Imphal, Jun 17: Khongjom Circle Meira Paibee Forum has strongly condemned the incident of planting two bombs by unidentified persons at the paddy field of Papal Lamkhai under Thoubal District this morning thus causing fear and panic among the people of the area.

The Forum further appealed to all concerned to desist from carrying out such subversive activities in the area in future.
