Imphal, April 15: Unidentified gunmen shot at a person at Thoubal Leishangthem Thoudam Thongthak at around 9.30 pm yesterday.

The victim identified as Md Nahachou (17) of Santhel Mayai Leikai has been hospitalised at Shija Hospitals and Research Institute.

One bullet shot on his nape exited through, according to police report.

Meanwhile, police have retrieved a bomb which was found planted near Lilong Turel Ahanbi at around 2 pm yesterday.

The bomb was safely detonated by the bomb squad of the Police Department.
