Giving its side of the story the Army authority today said that David K Ngaihte who was reportedly in possession of an ID photo card issued by the Army and arrested by the 28 CRPF on August 28 is not a cadre of the ZRA.
In a statement, PIB Defence Wing quoting Army authorities said that the Ngaihte was unarmed and is not a cadre of the ZRA as reported.
