Imphal, April 01: A joint meeting of the district level officers of Bishnupur district was held today with Deputy Commissioner Norbert Disinang in the chair in his office chamber in connection with the Pulse Polio Immunisation Programme to be taken up in the district on April 10 and May 15.The district administration is keeping a target of covering 31,406 children under the programme this year.

To achieve this target, 254 centres would be opened where Pulse Polio drops would be administered to the children and in all 984 medical personnel including the doctors of the Medical Department would be pressed into action during the programmes.
