Imphal, August 25: The identity of the body which was fished out from Khuga river near Leingang Village under Kumbi Police Station on August 23 has been established as that of one Hijam Jatishwor alias Goroba (32) of Waikhom Leikai.

He was a family man and father of one child.

He was employed as LDC (casual) in the Agriculture University, Iroisemba.

According to report, he attended office till August 19 but did not return home from office from that day.
