Imphal, December 24: Under the theme of �Marine Life�, the National Bal Bhavan, New Delhi would be hosting the National Conference of Young Environmentalists from January 9 to 13 at Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Children (both male and female) between the age group of 12 to 16 are eligible to take part in the conference.

A selection test for eligible children to represent Bal Bhavan, Manipur will be held on January 30, 2008 at the Bal Bhavan, Khuman Lampak, Imphal at 10 am.

All the children who would be attending the selection test are required to prepare a note on the importance of marine life on earth and to human to be read in 7 to 10 minutes.

A brain-storming session and performing arts will followe the selection test.

Interested persons may collect the detailed information from Bal Bhavan at Khuman Lampak during office hours.
