Imphal, September 21: Women Front of Rashtriya Janata Dal, Manipur has conveyed its sincere gratitude to RJD National President and Railways Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav for appointing state unit president W Nipamacha Singh and party MLA Md Helaluddin Khan as vice president and secretary of the RJD organisation.

The appointments clearly reflect Lalu Prasad's keen interest and determined effort to put the North East region in general and Manipur in particular in the development map of the country, opined the RJD Women Front in a release today.
