Imphal, May 19: The All Colleges Tribal Students' Organisation, Manipur (ACTSOM) has congratulated all the meritorious students who passed and secured positions the Class XII examination, 2007 conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

A felicitation programme of the meritorious tribal students of class X and XII examination would be organised jointly by NGOs and student organisations under the banner of ACTSOM, secy gen of the student body Jean Palmei informed in a statement while uring the the State Govt to implement reservation policy for SC/ST as per rules.
