Imphal, April 19: Taking strong exception to the conspicuous silence of State Government after it assured to investigate into the killing of Sandham Raju of Moirang by troops of 3 Assam Rifles at Salem Veng, Churachandpur on January 21 this year and to take up necessary actions, the JAC constituted in connection with the killing has called a 48 hour Tidim road bandh with effect from 5 am of April 21.A JAC release declared that it would not plea to the Government for justice anymore but take up various intense agitation.
