Imphal, Jul 18: Sub-Divisional Engineer (SW), O/o The GMTD, Manipur SSA, Imphal in a statement has informed that one 800 pairs of underground cable was damaged by cutting under the Keishampat bridge by miscreants on the night of July 17.This has affected the telephone lines of Waheng Leikai, keishampat, Hotel Excellency area and Nepra Menjor Leikai, etc, the statement said, adding that it would take a week to restore the said cable.
