Imphal, January 16: A lecture presentation programme on the topic of stresss management was organised at HQ IGAR (S) today.

Major General BK Chengapa, Inspec tor General Assam Rifles (South); Brig PK Kayastha, Commander 9 Sector Assam Rifles; Brig PS Ravindranath, Commander 10 Sector Assam Rifles and 26 officers attended the same.

The lecture focussed on the measures to be adopted by uniformed personnel in difussing stress while serving in active counterinsurgency environment.
