Imphal, March 13:
Alleging that UG groups lack any concern for civilians which was evident in the firing by an UG group towards a road opening party of army at a populated place of Kumbi today, army authority noted that if not for the maximum restraint shown by the army, many school children might have lost their lives as it was school going time.
