Imphal, August 30: The proscribed outfit RPF/PLA has clarified that it has no connection with Khunumayum Pishak Singh (38) s/o late Puno of Andro Kharam whom the Thoubal Police claimed to have been arrested from Andro Kharam during an operation at around 6.30 am yesterday.

The assistant chief of the department of communication and publicity of the outfit further clarified that Chingakham Nandakumar (31) s/o Madhuchandra whom the personnel of 32 Assam Rifles claimed to be a PLA cadre and arrested from Andro Champra during a operation yesterday has already been retired from the party and having no connection whatsoever with RPF/PLA since then.
