Imphal, September 29:
Sports Minister N Biren has congratulated L Sarita and MC Mary Kom on winning gold medal and silver medal in their respective weight categories in the 4th Asian Women Boxing Championship held at Guwahati.
A press release issued by the Minister stated that the achievements of the two boxers is a matter of honour for the people of Manipur.
He also wished the two international boxers success in the forthcoming World Women Boxing Championships.
