Imphal, November 20:
The transformer regulating electric supply within the RIMS complex has been reportedly burned out.
According to a statement issued by media advor of RIMS, the repairing work will take about one month.
Since the power supply is completely cut off the hospital works like operation, investigations, etc have been considerably affected.
The statement informed that the RIMS authority has approached the Govt of Manipur for early repairing work/replacement of the transformer in the larger interest of the patients.
Since the Govt is also giving a serious attention to the matter, the RIMS authority hoped that the problem would be solved soon.
