Imphal, March 01:
Taking strong exception to the continued detention of Md Ansar Ali of Changamdabi Mathak Leikai after he was abducted on February 19 by KLA cadres, the Sora Eastern Sports' Association, Wangkhem Muslim Development Association, Youth Progressive Organisation, Sora Bazar and Women Development Organisation Phouden Mamang Leikai have appealed for unconditional release of Ansar at the earliest.
Further, these bodies observed that it would be in the interest of all the people if all organisations abstain from any activity that may spark communal tension.
