The proscribed KYKL has effected certain changes in the office bearers of the Special Task Force of Operation New Kangleipak.
In place of Captain Thoiba Mangang, the officiating commander of the Special Task Force will Major Wangba Khumancha, said the outfit in a statement and added that 2nd Lt Moramba Khuman will be Deputy
Commander.
