Tungee Yaifanaba Shemba Kanglup (TYSK), Samurou would observe the 113th birth anniversary of the poet at his birth place Samurou on July 28.Former Chief Minister W Nipamacha, Deputy Director of Art and Culture W Mera and Prof N Dinamani of Manipuri Department, MU would attend the function as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
