Imphal, November 08: An unidentified youth, who nevertheless fitted the description of the youth (clad in black T shirt) who ran away from near Aman Enterprises minutes before the bomb explosion, was shot dead in the follow up action by police commandos at Thangal bazar, Kalibari today at about 6.10 pm.

As described by eye witnesses the slain youth is clad in a black coloured T Shirt, though there has been no official confirmation of his identity.
