Imphal, January 08: MP Dr T Meinya and ex-MLA of Lamlai A/C, Ksh Biren has assured of constructing a community hall at Napet Palli of Imphal East from his MPLAD fund, reported the secretary of Napet Palli Youth Club.

Moreover the MP pledge to provide water supply facility to the people of Napet Palli soon, added the secretary.
