The appeal filed by the State Govt against an earlier ruling in the Th Manorama's case has been referred to another division bench which will not have Justice TNK Singh.
The decision to refer the case to another bench was taken on ground of professional ethics as the wife of Justice TNK Singh took part in the Manorama Inquiry Commission as its counsel, sources said.
