Imphal, September 30: Retired Station Director (DDK/Imp) Mutum Kalachand Singh and L Raisaratchandra Singh of Yurembam Awang Leikai have been appointed presidents of City District NCP Committee and Imphal West-I District NCP Committee respectively.

The NCP Manipur Pradesh President V Hangkhalian has also approved constitution of Imphal East-I District Committee and appointment of Ningombam Priyokumar as president of the eight member office bearer.

Meanwhile, Rashtriya Janata Dal Manipur president W Nipamacha has approved appointment of Sandham Dhojo Singh as president of 11 member office bearer of party�s Wangoi Constituency Council.
