Mobile kerosene sale at Ukhrul

Ukhrul, October 30 2008: In view of the eratic power supply in Ukhrul district which have been hampering the students from studying during night, the Hunphun Katamnao Long (HKL/Ukhrul students Union) took the onus of initiating an open mobile sale of Kerosene oil in and around the Ukhrul town for two days.

During the mobile sale over hundreds of students, hostelers and residents of the district Hqs were reported to be benifited.

The student body also conveyed gratitude to local MLA Danny Shaiza for arranging K-oil for the students community as the alternative means of light to irregular power supply.
