Imphal, September 29: Governor Gurbachan Jagat has extended his greetings to the people of the State on the occasion of Mera Chaoren Houba.

In his message, the Governor said that in the celebration of every festival, the bonds of oneness get strengthened and all ill-will is forgotten and forgiven.

Jagat said, "I am sure that the festival will be celebrated in the true spirit so that friendship and brotherhood can be strengthened leading to all round progress and prosperity of the State and the country".
