Imphal, April 29:
A PLA cadre identified as Mongjam Abung alias Chiklemba (21) of Lamboikhongnangkhong was apprehended by troops of 22 Maratha Light Infantry from his locality yesterday, informed an AR PRO release.
The cadre was handed over to Patsoi police station, it added.
