One AR man killed, 1 hurt

Imphal, February 22: A personnel of 18 AR was killed and another injured in an encounter with militants at a place in between Khoibu Maring village and Gomnimun village under Tengnoupal PS today at around 7.30 am.

The injured AR personnel is identified as Anup Deka.

Claiming responsibility, a spokesman of the RPF said that two personnel may have died.
