The Maring Lane Development Committee has condemned the arbitrary arrest of its secretary KB Kothang Maring by an alleged team of Thoubal district police commandos led by its SDPO at around 10 pm of May 18.A statement issued by the Committee disclosed that Kothang was released after confining him at the custody of Yairipok police station for a night there.
