Imphal, September 16: Maram Union strongly condemned the murder of the handyman of truck (MN01-4856) in between Lairou and Khongnem village on September 7 .

Maintaining that such killing was an act of cowardice, a press release issued by its president Hingba Thomas said that the Maram Union extended maximum support to GPRN Thangal Region, Police Department and to those who had rendered help in nabbing the culprits within the Maram Thangal jurisdiction.

The Maram Union also said that the union is committed in checking such inhuman and cowardly acts.
