Imphal, June 07: With a view to the parliamentary election slated for 2009, a meeting was held today afternoon at the conference hall of Old Secretariat with Chief Electoral Officer RR Rashmi in the chair.

The main agenda of the meeting participated by DCs, SDCs and SDOs were attachment of photographs in electoral rolls, rationalisation and relocation of polling station.

The meeting also discussed booth level officers as a part of rationalising and relocating polling stations.
