The body of Shamina alias Chaoba (18) of Phoijing Wangma Taba under Thoubal police station who died after consuming poison on November 1 had been taken and buried today according to customary rites.
Late Shamina was married to Md Atabur (26) of Phoijing Awang Leikai some eight months back.
The body of Shamina had been laying at RIMS mortuary due to an impasse between her parents and in-laws.
