Imphal, February 06: Under the scheme of the Promotion of Youth Activities and Training of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt of India, the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Bishnupur would be organising a six-month vocational training programme in the trade of Village Tourism at Bishnupur.

Unemployed, non-student rural youths (including females) from the age group of 18-25 years from Bishnupur district who have passed/failed in Matriculation Examination may submit their application in the prescribed format available in the office of the NYK, Bishnupur.

The last date for submission of the completed application form countersigned by the president/secretary of the youth club/Mahila mandal/YDC is on or beofre February 10. Youth Clubs, Mahila mandals and Youth Development Centres under NYK, Bishnupur which are willing to open the Centre may also apply to the Youth Co-ordinator giving details of the suitability of the place, infrastructure available, etc on or before February 10. Under the same scheme, NYK Thoubal would also be organising a six month vocational training programme in the trade of scooter and motor repairing at Thoubal.
