Imphal, Jul 04: An unidentified, old and ailing man has been lying in front of the Western Gate of Kangla for the last four days, said AR PRO in a statement and added that AR troops from M Sector have been providing him food and medicines.

The old man is too weak to say anything about his family members said the statement and drew the attention of voluntary organisations to the plight of the old and ailing man left alone and abandoned at the Gate of Kangla.
