Imphal, March 13:
Observing that Dr T Lunkim has completed 64 days in the captivity of Kuki Liberation Army, the National Identity Protection Committee (NIPCO) has joined various other social organisations in their call for the immediate release of Lunkim.
A statement issued by NIPCO asserted that such prolonged detention of a person is tantamount to forfeiting one's right to live.
