Imphal, January 21: To hold Maichou Ningshing Thouram successfully, nine committees have been formed since October 17.In this connection, a state function participated by 1200 delegates will be held at Gandhi Memorial Hall on January 31.The industries minister Th Debenda, Dr M Nara, art and culture minister Bijoy Koijam minister family welfare, Leishemba Samajaobam King of Manipur will grace the function as chief guest, president, guest of honour and special guest respectively.
