Imphal, January 08: Pressing for renovation and development of the 29 km long road from Pungdongbam to Dolaithabi in Imphal East people along the road has initiated road blockade agitation by piling boulders and timbers on the road.

The road has been left untended for the last 10 years and has now deteriorated to a miserable state.
