Imphal, September 10: The meeting for District Co-ordinators in connection with the year of Scientific Awareness-2004 Programme (Manipur State) organised by Manipur Science and Technology Council will be held on September 12.Musical concert: All Kangleipak Peace Centre, Imphal would be organising an Anti Drug Benefit Musical Concert on September 11 at Asha Cinema, North AOC at 1 pm for the youths of Manipur to aware the consequences of drug abuse and to live healthy.

Painting competition: A district level cash prize painting competition to be conducted by All India Students Federation, Nambol Zonal Council will be held on September 23 at Nambol Higher Sec School in connection with the birth anniversary observation of Hijam Irabot Singh.

The competition will have two categories, (I) from class II to V on open theme and (II) from class VI to VIII on Unity in Diversity.

Last date of submission of form is September 20.Form and detailed may be obtained from the office of AISF, Nambol Zonal Council.

Meritorious Award: Thangmeiband Kendra Development Committee, Imphal would be conducting a prize distribution ceremony for the meritorious students and sports persons of Thangmeiband Kendra on September 11 at the premises of Ima Ibemma Khunthokhanbi, DM college complex, Imphal.

The function will be graced by Radhabinod Koijam and Chanambam Dinachandra Singh as chief guest and president respectively.
