Imphal, October 30 2008: THOUBAL DISTRICT Development and Demand Council (TDDADC) appealed Manipur Anganwadi Mahila Organization, Thoubal branch to put off the indefinite District Bandh considering the welfare of general public, which the Organization called against non cancellation of transfer stay of CDPO of ICDSC, Thoubal by October 31 .

TDDADC said that transfer or stay orders of government officials is very common and customary in all sections of department and do not want to lose peaceful life of general public just for this cause.

It will be inappropriate for Manipur Anganwadi Mahila Organization to disturb hard earned life of people for transferring or staying of transfer of a departmental official as it is diminishing human value.
