Imphal, January 28 2010: The hearing of the Writ Petition filed by the State of Manipur against the Manipur Human Rights Commission and others at the Principal Seat Gauhati High Court which was listed for to day has been adjourned, and the next hearing has been fixed on February 23 .

The adjournment when RK Rajendro, the respondent no 2 and his lawyer pleaded for allowing to file a reply to an additional petition by the Additional Secretary (Home), Government of Manipur today, according to a press release issued by the Director, Human Rights Law Network (Manipur).
