Imphal, August 21: As a border area development initiative, 6 AR of 26 Sector developed the 15 kms long track Mombi to Joupi which is a lifeline of people of Samtal Salient.

The road connecting to Chakpikarong and Sugnu was made motorable within 13 months by 6 AR enabling the local people to take their produces such as coffee and ginger to Chakpikarong and Imphal, informed an AR PRO release.
